We sell software to schools (and sometimes tutors and NGOs) that allows novice teachers to teach international quality lessons, and students from homes with no english spoken, to practise speaking English at home. We have been selected and supported as an outstanding education intervention and funded by Peter Thiel and Tyler Cowan’s Emergent Ventures, SparkMind VC and ACT Grants.

Sales Manager


Location : Maharashtra / Telangana / Bangalore

Salary : Rs.30000-50000 / month (Fixed) + Equity + Incentives

Role : We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to sell our English Speaking program to schools. This is a field based sales role

  • Acquire new customers through proactive inside sales efforts and on field sales visits
  • Record lead details and outcomes accurately in CRM
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with sales team to devise effective strategies
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals

The candidate : An ideal candidate for this role has

  • 0-5 years of sales experience, focusing on consultative selling
  • Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in research tools and effective sales techniques to understand customer accounts deeply
  • Motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
  • Willingness to make multiple outbound sales calls and school visits daily

Requirements :

  • Located in Maharashtra / Telangana (No relocation expenses will be paid)
  • Good Internet / Data pack connection and power backup
  • Android phone (for the EQ App) and a working Laptop
  • Should have an own vehicle to commute to schools

Program Manager - Schools English Quest


Location : Thane, Ulhasnagar, Badlapur, Dombivli, Chembur

Salary : Up To INR 40000 (we will match your current base pay only) + Equity

The Role : We are looking for self-motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to handle the implementation of our academic program in schools

  • End to End Ownership of about 20 schools
  • Build rapport and have a good relationship with the assigned school leadership/principals
  • Conduct ongoing training, observation, and feedback for teachers.
  • Data management of students and teachers.
  • Interested and involved in Student Learning Outcomes
  • Report to and liaison with the City head regularly to update the progress

The candidate : An ideal candidate for this role has the following

  • Excellent English Communication skills - the ability to read, speak and write fluently
  • Ability to travel extensively across the city to schools
  • Able to coach, inspire and train teachers/school leaders and engage parents/students
  • Outgoing and socially confident
  • Responsible, organized, hard-working, goal-directed

Requirements :

  • Preferably owns a vehicle (2/4 wheeler).
  • Good Internet / Data pack connection and power backup.
